We are seeking a highly-motivated, self-driven individual with expertise in full-stack development (with strong experience in at least one of the following topics: Mobile development, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, IOT solutions), to become a core member of the UpCircle software engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, implementing and maintaining the software solution, as well as shaping the structure of the software development team and the product. You will closely collaborate with the founding team supporting the quick-iteration of the product, while implementing long-term thinking for scaling-up the solution. Responsibilities

Development lead for several full-stack software packages (including Mobile, IOT, Computer Vision, ML)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and translate them into technical solutions.
Deploy and maintain AI solutions in production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cybersecurity.
Contribute to the development of documentation, guidelines, and best practices to ensure effective knowledge transfer within the engineering team.
Be able to manage outsourced projects and to meet product development goals.
Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards and development processes.
Ensures unit and integration test coverage

Qualifications

Strong motivation and goal-oriented working attitude
History of delivered software products
Expert knowledge of version control systems (e.g, git)
Proficiency with full-stack development (e.g., knowledge of JS-frameworks such as React, or other applicable).
Ability to quickly learn new programming languages and frameworks when required.
Expert knowledge of database systems, such as SQL and No-SQL (e.g, firebase).
Expert knowledge of docker, and containarization solutions (e.g., dockerhub, dockercompose, portainer, kubernetes etc.)
A minimum of 3+ years of industry or research experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in practical applications, demonstrating a track record of successful software developments.
Excellent analytical capabilities.
Strong communication skills, encompassing written and verbal, and visual mediums, to articulate ideas clearly
