The benefits
Recognize relationships
Think connected and make relationships visible: UpCircle sensor data is enriched with real, production-relevant parameters.
Optimize costs
Buy cheap, pay twice. Use recovered paper prices, reject costs and real production and quality data per supplier for total cost optimization.
Automate processes
Counter the skills shortage, reduce manual work and relieve your staff at goods receipt, in the control room and in purchasing.
Improve communication
One team pulling in the same direction. Close information gaps between purchasing, logistics and production.
Fully integrated: from insight to action
Automated
Results flow straight into ERP and process control. No exports, no typing, no spreadsheets.
Faster
Purchasing and operators get what matters in the same shift, not in next week's report.
No silos
Material, process and delivery data in one place instead of scattered across systems, so patterns behind rejects and breaks show up much earlier.
Closed loop
Findings go back into recipes, dosing and purchasing, and their effect becomes measurable.

Frequently asked questions
Which systems can UpCircle™ Connect integrate?
ERP, yard management (YMS), quality management (QMS), planning tools and process control systems such as Valmet DNA and Siemens PCS7, through a gateway at your site. The interface is vendor-neutral, and custom integrations are possible for special software.
Do all systems have to be connected at once?
No. The modular design lets you connect systems step by step, starting with the data flows that matter most.
Is the data exchange secure?
Yes. UpCircle™ Connect is certified to ISO 27001.
How does a Connect project start?
With an orientation meeting to define the relevant data flows. Then we define the systems to connect and roll out in modules.
